ReasonableWage

ReasonableWage Beta Agreement

Version 2026-11-04

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between Reasonable Tax Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), which operates ReasonableWage, and the firm you are joining ("your firm") together with you as an individual user. If you accept as your firm's owner, you confirm you are authorised to accept for the firm.

2. It is a beta

ReasonableWage is pre-release software provided for evaluation. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice, and it may contain errors. We will not delete your firm's data without telling you first.

3. Your professional judgment governs

ReasonableWage produces workpapers that support a practitioner's own determination of reasonable compensation. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not promise any result with the IRS or any other authority.

You are responsible for reviewing every figure, for the facts you enter, and for any advice you give a client. Do not rely on any output without your own professional review.

4. Client information you enter

Enter client information only where you are permitted to — including any taxpayer consent required under Internal Revenue Code §7216 and its regulations, and your own professional and firm obligations.

Keep it to what the determination needs. ReasonableWage does not need, and you should not enter, Social Security numbers, EINs, bank or account numbers, or tax returns.

5. How we handle your firm's data

Your firm's data is kept in its own workspace that other firms cannot see. It is stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up.

Our staff access it only to provide support you ask for, to keep the service secure and running, or where the law requires. We do not sell your data or use your clients' information to market to anyone.

When the beta ends, or at any time you ask, we will export your firm's data to you or delete it.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your firm's information confidential. In return, please keep non-public details of the beta — unreleased features, pricing discussions, and anything we mark confidential — to yourself and your firm.

7. Feedback

Feedback helps us build the product. You agree we may use any feedback, suggestions or screenshots you send to improve ReasonableWage, without owing you anything for it. Please do not include client information in feedback screenshots.

8. No fees during the beta

There is no charge for the beta. If we later offer paid plans, we will tell you in advance; you are not obliged to continue.

9. Ending the beta

Either side may end your participation at any time, for any reason. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7 and 10 continue after it ends.

10. Limits

The beta is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Because the beta is free, our total liability under this agreement is limited to one hundred US dollars.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
